 “Opioids: Where We Are And Why The Catholic Christian Response Must Be Different” will be the topic for Theology on Tap on Tuesday,  May 23 at The First  Post , 3691 E. Market St., York. A Happy Half Hour is at 7 pm on the 2nd floor.  Dr. Chris Echterling, MD will talk at 7:30: p.m. followed by a Q&A. In 2016 he was recognized as Family Medicine Physician of the year by the Pennsylvania Academy of Family Practice. Enjoy a relaxing social setting with other young adults in their 20s-30s who are interested in topics of faith and contemporary issues directly affecting their lives. Harrisburg

Religious Freedom is the topic for Theology on Tap in Harrisburg on Thursday, May 18 on the 2nd floor of Capital Gastropub, 310 N. 2nd Street, Harrisburg, 7:30 pm. The Very Rev. Edward Quinlan, Secretariat of Education for the Diocese of Harrisburg and Pastor of Holy Name of Jesus Parish in Harrisburg, will present on the topic of Religious Freedom. Dinner and drinks begin at 7:00 p.m. Street parking is free after 7:00 p.m. The venue is handicap accessible.  Enjoy a relaxing social setting with other young adults in their 20s-30s who are interested in topics of faith and contemporary issues directly affecting their lives.  Theology on Tap – Harrisburg meets every third Thursday of the month at Capital Gastropub.
