NOW HIRING: Communications Professional
St. Joseph Parish in York is accepting applications for a Communications Professional. This individual will manage the parish website and social media, print and digital communications, parish livestream and screens. This person will also develop and oversee the strategic communication initiatives in the parish & school, and provides communications, marketing and public relations support.
The candidate must have the ability to interact successfully with the public, have articulate written communication skills and have exacting attention to detail and be able to provide thoughtful and important feedback about how to optimize the website and social media accounts.
Experience or degree in marketing and/or communications in a church and/or business environment is preferred. The successful individual will also possess expertise across all social media platforms, Google Apps, WordPress, and Apple applications. The successful individual has exceptional attention to detail with proven experience in integrated marketing, strategy development, and creative storytelling and can ensure effective collaboration and communication across teams and ministries.
