SUNDAY MASS SCHEDULE – There have been questions and comments about Sunday Mass schedule.

OLOL and SKD are the only two parishes on the West Shore without a second priest. OLOL church is small and needs two Masses on Sunday; we hold 600; as the Mass attendance increases, we can review the policy going forward in 2019.

Currently the Summer Mass schedule is Sunday at 9AM; the normal Sunday schedule is 9AM and 11:15AM for the remainder of 2018.

Thirty years ago, when the parish was founded we “needed” two Sunday Masses; now with only less than 25 – 30% Mass attendance, we may not.

Everyone who comes fits comfortably into one Mass.

The cluster/ deanery has plenty of available Mass times late Sunday morning and evening!

It’s not about “convenience”! It’s about attendance, participation and commitment.

VESTING SACRISTY for all adults is in the parish office space. Please vest there. Your albs are now in the office space outside the parlor.  SERVERS are to vest in the rear sacristy.

All liturgical ministers are to gather outside the vesting space for a prayer 5 minutes prior to Mass.

VICTIMS/SURVIVOR’S OF SEXUAL ABUSE are encouraged to come forward by calling the hotline number. Information is on the diocese and parish website

Let us continue to pray for all victim/survivors.

A CANDLE (to the left of the ambo) will be lit in the sanctuary for their intentions and hopes for healing and peace!
