A Call to Action” Being Prepared for End-of-Life Decision-Making

All are invited to attend a presentation by Carol Colangelo, RN entitled “A Call to Action: Being Prepared for End-of-Life Decision Making” on Sunday, November 5 after the 11am Mass. The goal of the presentation is to understand a nurse’s perspective on palliative, hospice and comfort care as well as CPR in order to help you to make difficult decisions. This project is her capstone for her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She appreciates your support in attending this presentation.
