Letter to a Suffering Church Discussion Group
How can it be that the actions of a few can cause such heart wrenching anguish for so many?
How can an institution that has brought so much joy be the same one that is tearing it apart?
Is this really the Catholic Church?
If you are asking yourself these questions either because you have personally been impacted by these abuses or are feeling the ripple effect of these tragic transgressions then please come to the discussion.
Come join Father Ken Smith and Becky Davis as they lead the group on a journey to healing. The group will meet for one hour each week to read, discuss, study, and pray through Bishop Robert Barron’s book entitled Letter to a Suffering Church. Books will be available at no charge at these groups. You are all encouraged to attend.
Choose the time that works for you:
Sundays at 12:15 pm
- August 4, 11, 18, 25, September 8 and 15
Wednesdays at 7:30 pm
- August 7, 14, 21, 28, September 4 and 11
